Project Description: The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, installation, rehabilitation, and upgrades to the sewer lines at Coconut Island. The scope of work includes the following: selective demolition; salvage of materials and equipment; pump stations and control systems, laterals; coat existing concrete wetwell; submersible pumps including all mechanical, electrical, structural components, and accessories; float or level control devices, piping and accessories; temporary wetwell; low pressure main and force main; gravity sewer lines; sewer manholes; wooden railing repair; tree removal and relocation; erosion control BMPs; concrete perimeter wall and pad, concrete reinforcement, cast-in-place concrete; roof shelter; providing a certified arborist and certified archaeologist; and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
