Project Description: Replace a non-working generator and all supporting equipment for an operable generator system at Lehua (Housing). Provide all necessary testing after replacement of the generator.

Provide training for the new generator after completion. Set monthly running/exercise schedule for the generator/ATS per UHM.

Special Instructions
Replace a non-working generator at Lehua (Housing), and the Auto transfer Switches as indicated on the contract drawings.

Include also a 2-year maintenance contract (6 quarterly and 2 annual maintenance services total after the completion of the construction).

C-13 License is required for this work.

Submission of Bond, OPRPM FORM 54, COI and other required forms are only for the winning low bidder. Not required during bid submission.
