Project Description:
The scope of work includes demolition, installation, disposal of debris, and all incidental work necessary for completion.

1) Perform remodeling of interior per limited plans attach. See plans for general notes and description of work.
2) Contractor shall provide all materials, appliances, tools and equipment, unless specifically noted in the general comments.
3) Contractor must be highly skilled in this type of work, with proof of and in good standing.
4) Contractor shall provide necessary safety precautions. 5) Contractor shall appropriately dispose of all debris, refuse, metal and removed materials from the site.
6) Contractor shall perform work in a manner that minimally impacts the work or duties of DOT staff, crews, or other authorized personnel.
7) Contractor shall perform work during normal business hours during weekdays, from 7am-4pm.
8) Contractor shall inform the assigned project manager of any incidentals, damages, outside-of-scope needs, or other issues that arise and coordinate on method of continuation and adjust work schedule accordingly.
9) Contractor shall be available for work immediately, and coordinate work dates & times, estimated work schedule, and projected completion date with the assigned project manager.

Cancellation: This solicitation may be cancelled and any or all bids rejected in whole or in park, without liability to the State, when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State.

General Comments
The ONLY materials to be provided by the State include:
-Standard 2’ x 4’ Drop Ceiling Tiles (not grids)
-Drywall State Provided Type: USG or CertainTeed water resistant 1/2” sheets
-Stick-on Title State Provided Type: Traffic Master Carrara Marble peel & stick vinyl

Contractor shall furnish all other materials, tools, and appliances.

Windows (2) to be installed with framing, casings, and without grilles. Windows should be internal picture windows. Exact window dimensions can be slightly flexible in relation to material availability.

Paint to be “Moraccan Moonlight” color, or equivalent.

Countertop to be stone style laminate or equal. Exact countertop dimensions can be slightly flexible in relation to material availability.
