Project Description: he project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, the renovations and upgrades of the 6920 Kokio Building. The work includes hazmat abatement, selective removal work, metal framing, gypsum board, metal work, exterior window walls, painting, ceiling systems, roller shades, exterior grade casework, reroofing and roof accessories, roof drains, modernizing/replacing existing elevator, air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, electrical work, laboratory equipment related work, replacing damaged counters and cabinets, addressing miscellaneous ADA items, and all incidental work as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications.
