Project Description: The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands is seeking qualified contractors to perform interior and entry repairs at two residential units located in the Kalawahine Subdivision. These repairs are necessary to correct non-structural damage resulting from previously completed foundation stabilization / re-leveling work. The structures no longer are experiencing movement, and the scope is limited to aesthetic and functional restoration of damaged finishes, doors, windows, and fixtures. Wages shall comply with the current State of Hawaii wage rate schedule.
