Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to pavement restoration of the roadway at the entrance of Kauai Community College as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications. The entry roadway to the campus from Kaumualii Highway below the parking area in the front of the OneStop Center Building and the existing roadway below will receive concrete pavement. The roadway above this parking area will be restored to AC pavement.
