Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the replacing of existing electrical distribution equipment and repairing cracks and gaps within the cooling tower electrical room, as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications.

Special Instructions
1. All bidders shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.

2. Quote to include all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project in accordance with the attached documents.

3. A site visit will be held on January 12, 2026 at 1pm (HST) at the project site. See the attached map.

4. Quote must be valid for 90 days.

5. Clarification/substitution request shall be submitted by January 15, 2026 at 2pm (HST).

6. To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s “B” license.

8. Bidders receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before the purchase order is issued. Note: Do not purchase any materials until the approved purchase order is provided.

(2) Certificate of Insurance
(3) Certificate of Compliance with HRS 396-18
(4) Signed Superquote Award Notice
