Striebig Compact Plus Panel Saw or Equivalent

This section indicates the Technical Specifications for the vertical panel saw required.

The Technical Specifications listed herein are the minimum requirements and are mandatory for an accepted bid.

Item No. 1: Furnish and Deliver ONE (1) New Striebig Compact Plus Panel Saw or approved substitution, with the following specifications:

1. Fully welded steel frame for accuracy and longevity
2. Heavy‐duty panel support rollers on 25mm shafts
3. Auto‐deflecting support grid so components don’t get cut
4. Full‐length center shelf for ergonomic working of smaller parts
5. Highly efficient dust collection system with cable chain take‐up system for rear hose
6. 5’ x 15’ cut capacity, up to 7’ x 17’
7. Y‐axis digital measuring for horizontal cuts
8. Full‐length split center shelf for staging material
9. Six adjustable stops for common cut dimensions
10. More measuring capacity to the left of the main cutting station
11. One‐piece fully welded frame, able to floor or wall mount
12, Free standing support kit
13. Heavy‐duty support rollers
14. Auto‐shifting aluminum support grid
15. 2‐3/8” depth of cut
16. For tallest (220) frames to cross‐cut 7’2‐1/2”
17. Specially designed flip stop for measuring small parts
18. Template bar including six stops for setting common rip cut dimensions
19. Must include all applicable User’s Manual, Study Guide, and Instructor’s Guide

On Site Demonstration

Delivery and Installation
Vendor will need to offload and place the equipment into the shop where it will be located.
- Uncrate/unpack the equipment
- Removal of wooden crate and packing
