Project Description: The scope of work includes the renovation of Holmes Hall Rooms 448, 449A/B, 449, 453A, 458, and limited exterior work. Work shall include, but is not limited to, new vinyl composition tile, resilient base, painting, rerouting of AC and lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, insulations of mechanical systems, electrical, fire alarm, hazardous material abatement, structural steel, metal doors and frames, finish hardware, laboratory fume hoods and casework.
