Distances are approximate. Exact length of road repaired will be paid.

Bid Price shall include all transportation and staging costs, taxes and fees.
Vendor must be HCE compliant at time of bid.
Vendor must attach Offer form with experience listed and bid bond documentation.
Any subcontractors must be identified at time of bid.

Dates changed:
Milolii/Camp 10 Road: Thursday 1/15/26 meet at Milolii ridge road at 9am
Loop Road: Friday 1/16/26 meet at Keahua parking lot at 9am
