Project Description: The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, traffic control, and equipment necessary for the maintenance of landscaped areas to certain designated areas. Work includes weeding, mowing, trimming and care of trees and shrubs, edging, invasive plant removal, and other services necessary for the care and upkeep of highway plantings along the State Right-of-Way on an open end/ “as-needed” basis.
