Buildings: 643B, 643C, 643D, 643F, 644A, and 644

Service Period:
One (1) year annual and Five-Year Maintenance Service and Testing shall be included in the bid price.

General Requirements
The Contractor shall:
▪︎ Perform all services in compliance with NFPA 25 standards for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems.
▪︎ Provide all labor, equipment, tools, and replacement parts as required.
▪︎ Ensure all workmanship is professional, complete, and code compliant.
▪︎ Conduct hydrostatic tests, signage installation, gauge servicing, and valve maintenance per required intervals.
