Project Description: This project generally consists of demolishing existing terminal buildings and comfort stations including removal of the existing AC parking lot adjacent to the terminal building and removal of hazardous materials. Construction of four (4) new comfort stations; one (1) new concession stand; construction of new accessible walkways; construction of new A.C. parking lot including lighting, landscaping and all appurtenances in accordance with the plans and specifications.
