Project Description: This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number W912CN-26-Q-0001 for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is a 100% Small Business set aside. Any quote that is submitted by other than Small Business concern WILL NOT be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number W912CN-26-Q-0001.

This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05, Effective: August 7, 2025, and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20250825. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation shall be posted on the Sam.gov website: https://sam.gov/.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order contract for GFOQ Furnishings for Palm 5 on Fort Shafter - Oahu, Hawaii. Further details are provided in the Salient Characteristics and Installation Instructions (Attachment 1). The NAICS code is 449110 – Furniture Retailers and the Small Business Standard is $25M. The delivery period for this purchase is NLT 1 February 2026, to be completed within 5 consecutive business days.
