Project Description: The Contractor/Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and rentals necessary to remove, dispose of, supply, install, test, and commission a new single-zone ductless mini-split air conditioning system. The system shall be complete, fully operational, and installed in accordance with this Scope of Work (SOW), specifications, applicable plans, and all relevant codes and regulations.
