Project Description: The project generally consists of selective site demolition, removal and proper disposal of structures and other features, including but not limited to buildings, foundations, water tanks, driveways, cesspools, electrical infrastructure, fencing/gates, swimming pools, water features, vehicles, and hazardous materials in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for creating a construction access path suitable to complete the demolition work. The Contractor shall be responsible for cooperatively coordinating, scheduling, and re-scheduling his work to accommodate traffic, locate, and protect existing features, improvements and utilities in the project area that are not specifically designated as abandoned, to be abandoned, or for removal therein.
