Project Description: This project encompasses a twelve-month period of preventive maintenance services for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed in multiple buildings, including KMR AFRC 643, PX AAFES, 661, AASF No. 2 (618 and 672), CSMS No. 2 (New), and the Kealakekua Readiness Center. The contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, and equipment to ensure periodic preventive maintenance—conducted monthly, quarterly, and at mid-period intervals—of all designated HVAC equipment and their appurtenances. The services will be based on the provided plans, specifications, equipment lists, and contractor-supplied materials.
