Project Description: Provide one-time air conditioning preventive maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment located at the University of Hawaii at Hilo’s EKH (K-Hall) Building 333, and College Hall A, B, and C Building 345 per the attached Technical Specifications. The quotation shall include all labor, material and non-material costs, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, travel and transportation, insurance premiums, administrative support, overhead, and all applicable fees and taxes (Federal and State), and any miscellaneous, incidental and related work required to complete all work as specified herein, in strict accordance with the true intent and meaning of the Technical Specifications and Request for Quotation No. 113248.
