Project Description: The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Renovation of existing warehouse space into laboratory facilities per attached drawings (Sheets A1-A6).
- Installation of plumbing, electrical, and split air-conditioning systems.
- Installation of solar photovoltaic and battery storage system sized to sustain lab operations independently during power outages.
- Design, permit, and installation of a septic system with all necessary approvals.
- Connection to existing County water and 100-amp supplemental electrical service.
