Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to selective demolition, elastomeric sheet roofing and roof insulation, acrylic deck coating (renewal), fluid applied waterproof coating (polyurea), flashing and sheet metal, sealant and caulking, surface cleaning, painting, coating restoration and electrical work as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
