Project Description: This project is a repair/replacement of irrigation systems at Dean Hall, Miller Hall, and Andrews Amphitheatre. The work generally includes selective demolition, excavation/trenching, installation of new underground plumbing and irrigation, new control wiring and controls, replanting and regrassing the landscape, concrete and asphalt surface demolition and replacement, and other civil, landscape, plumbing, and electrical work items. Work also includes soil management and removal, hazardous material management and disposal, and landscape maintenance.
