Project Description: Provide all tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to remove and replace one hot water reheat circulating pump, motor, check valve, piping, flanges, and fiberglass insulation at Hamilton Library. All work shall be in accordance with local and national plumbing and electrical codes.

Labor; provide man-hours x labor rate.

Special Instructions
A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30th @ 9:00. All interested parties shall meet at Facilities, 2002 East West Road.
