Project Description: Keaukaha Military Reserve, Bldg. 621, Room 121 Environmental Offices AC system is inoperable and will need to be replaced. The room requires an 18k ductless mini split Commercial AC. The Contractor/Vendor is responsible to remove and dispose the “Old” Mini split unit, and supply/install a New single zone AC unit. The AC system must be complete, and fully operational based on but not limited to the plans and Scope of Work/Specifications (SOW/specs). The contract shall include the costs of materials, labor, equipment/tools, and rentals, to implement and complete the project in a good and acceptable workmanship.
