Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to repair and upgrade AHU 3A. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the fan wheel, shaft, bearings, sheaves, belts, and adding a VFD. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Pacific Ocean Science and Technology Bldg., University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All interested bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on September 26, 2025. contractors shall meet at the POST Bldg. contractors loading zone at 1680 East West Rd. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Alton Fujimoto through email, altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm October 25, 2025. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid for this work.
