Project Description: The furnishing of refuse collection and disposal services for the Department of Transportation, Highways Division (HDOT-HWY) on the Island of Hawaii. Locations are Hilo base yard at 50 Makaala Street and the North Kona base yard at 73-4740 Mamalahoa Highway, Kailua-Kona Hawaii.
