Special Instructions
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities in Multipurpose Room C208 (approximately 3,799 SF) on Level 2 of Campus Center, Building C at the University of Hawai`i West Oahu:
▪︎ Removal of existing carpet flooring, carpet padding, adhesive, and tack strips.
▪︎ Preparation of the existing concrete substrate.
▪︎ Installation of built-up flooring as specified.
▪︎ Installation of new Owner-furnished Interface modular carpet tile flooring
