Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to install one (1) University furnished Daikin Fit System 3-Ton air conditioner, one (1) University furnished Daikin Fit 3-Ton Blower, one (1) University furnished Daikin Fit 3-Ton Condenser and one (1) University furnished Daikin Fit Thermostat at the PB-12 on its Main Campus located at 200 W. Kawili Street, Hilo, HI 96720. Installation shall be as specified herein, to include any and all incidental and related services required for a complete working system, as called for on the plans and technical specifications.

Job Site Walk-Through
Due to the conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference/job site walk-through at 9:00 AM (HST), September 25, 2025, at the entrance to PB-12, Hilo Hawaii 96720.

Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be submitted to the Technical Representative, Troy Samura, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at tsamura@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on October 2, 2025.
