It is the responsibility of bidders to review all attachments to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submission of a bid confirms a bidder has carefully examined these documents and agrees to the University of Hawaii\\\'s Terms and Conditions.

If the selected vendor does not respond within seven (7) business days at any point during the negotiation process (prior to issuance of a PO), the University reserves the right to move forward with the next qualified bidder.
