Project Description: This MACC IDIQ Task Order project will take place at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, HI. The Government is soliciting to award a task order to remove and replace existing air condition units for new wall mounted multi-split fan coil units. Remove and replace all windows for vinyl frame sliding windows. Replace all exterior doors for FRP leaf panels with aluminum frames. Remove existing flooring and install vinyl plank flooring. Repair damaged walls. Add new insulation to underside of roof and enclose with gypsum board ceilings. Repaint all interior walls, doors, ceilings, and exterior walls, doors, and exterior soffit/ roof eaves, in accordance with enclosures (2) through (3).. This project will be subject to the provisions of the NAVFAC Master MACC Contract (available in our online plan room), the Buy American Act, and the Prevailing Wage Decision rates. The D Square Construction Sample Subcontract is available for review in the SUBCONTRACT DOCS folder, with the bidding documents in our online plan room. Submitting a price proposal, subcontractors acknowledge they have read our subcontract and will sign it as part of the condition of doing the work they are proposing. The Bid Schedule contains one (1) Base Bid Proposal Lump Sum Price Line. The price will remain valid to December 31, 2025 days, as stated in the solicitation.
