Project Description: Work involves replacement of interior ceiling and wall-mounted fans, installation of new rooftop curb-mounted exhaust fans including new penetrations in existing roof slab, new concrete roof curbs for exhaust fans, and patching, waterproofing, and flashing of roofing insulation and roofing materials at new penetrations and concrete equipment curbs. The project also includes related electrical and telecom work, as well as a new accessible concrete front entry ramp, stairs, railing, and signage.
