Project Description: The work shall generally consist of AC demolition and installation according to specifications attached, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to demolishing 6 ea. existing AC units and associated piping and electrical servicing the Archive areas, installing 6 ea. A/C units, associated piping and electrical, outside air fans and ducting, and other incidental work required.
