Project Description: Provide all labor to replace the cooling coil, fan assembly, and motor on AHU 1-5. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the defective cooling coil, fan housing, fan wheel, shaft, bearings, motor, sheaves, and belt. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at Moore Hall, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All interested bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on August 13, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Moore Hall / Paradise Palms contractors loading zone on Maile Way. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work must contact Alton Fujimoto through email, altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid for this work.
