Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to replace a VRF condensing unit. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing a VRF condensing unit and associated piping as indicated. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Physical Plant Bldg., University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on August 12, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the Physical Plant Bldg. located at 2002 East West Rd. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm, August 11, 2025. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
