Project Description: Refuse Collection Services for various State Facilities on the Island of Maui as listed on the following Service Schedule. Services to be provided shall include all labor, supervision, equipment including refuse containers, materials, parts, tools, transportation, mileage, and any other services necessary to collect and dispose of refuse in accordance with these Specifications and Special Provisions.
