Project Description: The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, necessary equipment, and materials to replace guardrail at various locations on Honoapiilani Highway, Route 30, Mile Post 19.6 to Mile Post 22.8, Island of Maui, as specified by the contract documents. Guardrail replacement involves the replacement of all existing rails, posts, spacer blocks, terminal connectors, terminal sections, transition sections, anchor block assemblies, and impact attenuator systems. This contract covers only immediate guardrail replacement required to maintain the public roadways in a safe and usable condition at all times. Such guardrail replacement work shall not include any new (initial) guardrail installations at any location of the roadways.
