Project Description: This is a Special Notice of intent to provide notification that the Pacific Islands Regional Office and the Pacific Island Fisheries Science Center’s intent to procure e-Waste recycling services on a sole source basis from Pacific Commercial Services (PCS). PCS is the sole vendor authorized by NOAA’s Personal Property Management Branch (PPMB) to provide e-Waste disposal services in the State of Hawaii, in full compliance with NOAA’s established disposal guidelines. The solicitation will be issued using the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562111 with a corresponding size standard of $47 million.
