Project Description: Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to replace restroom fixtures, partitions, lighting, flooring, painting, electrical work, sewer line repair, and all other appurtenant work at Lahaina Small Boat Harbor, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii as required or called for in this Proposal, all according to the true intent and meaning of the Notice to Bidders, Information and Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Technical Specifications, Interim General Conditions, Plans, and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.

The reason for this addendum is to extend the deadline to respond to questions received and also extend the deadline for submission of bids. Responses to questions received will be issued no later than 4:00PM on August 19, 2025. The deadline for submission of bids will be extended to August 25, 2025 at 2:00PM.
