Job Site Walk-Through
Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the pre bid conference/ jobsite walk-through at 9:30am (HST) July 29, 2025 at Science Technology Building.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be submitted to Jerry Watanabe, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at jerrywat@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on August 05, 2025.
