Project Description: The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, renovation of the existing 7879 MS Lab. The work includes hazmat abatement, selective removal work, metal framing, gypsum board, exterior metal doors and window walls, hollow metal doors, door hardware, painting, signage, ceiling systems, air conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, electrical work, casework, laboratory equipment related work, and all incidental work as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications.
