Project Description: This project requires a New 100-Ton HVAC Chiller that will replace the inoperable York Chiller. The Scope of Work and Specifications (SOW/Specs) is based on a complete and functional HVAC Chiller system for the aviation maintenance facility. The Contractor shall provide the cost of labor, tools, equipment, and rentals for the removal and disposal of the old inoperable 100-ton Chiller and replacement of a new equivalent size Chiller, re-alignment of electrical and mechanical supply lines and that the contractor will ensure the New Chiller is compatible with the existing Air Handler located in the building.
