Project Description: Provide Portable Toilets to various locations for the Department of Transportation Harbors Division Oahu District. All locations shall require servicing three (3) times a week or more if required. This contract is for services as required for one calendar year not to exceed $99,999 a year.

Billing shall be on a monthly basis. DOT Harbors is unable to process invoices until services are received (Monthly billing can only be processed once month is completed).
