Project Description: The scope of work consists of maintenance of the storm drain structures under the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) and Kahului Airport (OGG), the storm drainage systems at the other 13 airports statewide in Hawaii, and the oil water separators that are not connected to MS4 or drainage systems that discharge to sanitary sewer system or other systems.
