Project Description: The project scope includes the demolition and replacement of the existing roofing systems. Existing roofing and accessory materials to be removed down to the structural deck. A new modified bituminous roofing system will be installed, including insulation, coverboard, and flashings. Roof drains will be replaced and connected to existing plumbing systems.
