Project Description: The scope of the project shall consist of but is not limited to: Removing and replacing various mechanical equipment, systems and related items on the roof. Remove chilled water piping, pipe insulation, valves, supports, and control devices, sheet metal hoods, various control and power wiring. Remove roofing at specific locations facilitating removal of mechanical items and replacing with new roofing. Project shall include the installation of new chilled water piping, pipe insulation, supports, controls, stainless steel hoods, and related electrical. Install roofing patches at all areas disturbed by this work. Also includes hazardous material abatement, commissioning of the HVAC system and DDC modifications. The work shall incorporate provisions to phase the construction progress to manage the limited utility outages allowed and minimize disruptions to the building occupants.
