Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials to perform all work related to demolishing existing HVAC system that services BLDG 621A then replacing it with a new 20-ton VRF System. This includes running new electrical and piping lines, condensate lines, drain piping, ductwork, and adding isolation valves.
Contractor is responsible for Field Verification of the locations of the existing HVAC ducts, condensers, units, drains, drain lines, etc. with the Owner prior to installation/demo.
Contractor must be able to provide a 10-year warranty on the Marine-Coated Condensing Unit (Diamond)
