Project Description: Remove, replace, and initially service the replacement AC system at Rm106 (800 sq ft), STARBASE Hawaii. This work includes shutting down the existing system and make safe for work; recover refrigerant as necessary; disassemble unit(s), remove, and dispose of per EPA regulations; install new indoor and outdoor units and securely mount the units; and run new piping and reconnect to existing electrical system. The contractor shall ensure installed equipment is verified to have no system leaks on system, will startup, and check all operations. Contractor shall ensure STARBASE Hawaii are instructed on proper use of the AC system and any periodic maintenance requirements.
