Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to repair, and service HVAC units PACU-1 through PACU-5, including cleaning coils, replacing components, and conducting operational testing. For PACU-5, the condenser cowl hood will be extended, and an access panel added, with all work adhering to manufacturer specifications and coordinated to minimize operational disruption.
