Special Instructions
1. Site visit required to verify conditions and to submit a bid. Bids submitted without a site visit will be disqualified. Contact Grant Okamura to schedule a site visit. Phone number (808)455-0462 or email: okamurag@hawaii.edu
2. Work to be done during normal business hours, from 7:00am - 3:30pm.
3. Contractor shall dispose of the demoed air compressor and parts and debris off site. Clean up work site.
4. See attached files for product specs, scope of work, and other requirements.
5. Contractor shall pssess a valid HAR contractor license type C-37.
6. Upon award, the contractor will be responsible to provide: 1. Be compliant on the Hawaii Compliance Express. 2. Certificate of Insurance(COI). 3. Return signed award acceptance.
7. Quote must include freight, delivery, permits(if applicable), and all applicable taxes and fees.
8. Request for substitution is subject to approval. Email substitution specifications for review and approval before submitting a quote. We reserve the right to determine equivalency for substitution requests.
