Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to remove existing exhaust fans 1, 2, 3 & 4 and replace with new exhaust fan units, replace existing metal flashings, repair roof of Building No. 395, Hawaii Community College as called for on the plans and technical specifications.

Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders visit the site. Job site walk-through, scheduled for June 05, 2025, at 9:00AM. Meet in front of HCC Building No. 395.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be submitted to Jerry Watanabe, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at jerrywat@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on June 12, 2025.
