Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and insurance necessary to replace condenser coils on ACCU #2. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing 2 ea. condenser coils and moving ACCU #3. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Dance Building, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through is scheduled for 9:00 am on June 3rd, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the St John Bldg. driveway located at 3190 Maile Way. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm June 2, 2025. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
